- Description
- OFFICE SPACE WANTED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 6,128 BOMA useable square feet (approximately 7,047 rentable square feet) of office space contiguous on a single floor (first floor highly desirable), within the area of Hilo, Big Island Hawaii, set out below. The leas able space must yield a minimum of 6,128 BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 6,434 BOMA usable square feet, for use by the Social Security Administration. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible, and proposals for new construction including build-to-suit opportunities will be strongly considered. The building shall provide for two reserved off-street parking spaces, and a minimum of five handicap spaces, in addition to existing disable parking provided as required by local code. Area of consideration: City of Hilo, Big Island, Hawaii within the following delineated area: North: Kamehameha Highway South: Puainako Street East: Railroad Avenue West: Kinoole Avenue NW: Waianuenue Avenue First class office space in a quality building, which meets or is capable of meeting the Government?s requirements, including flood plain, seismic safety, not in a tsunami zone, and handicapped access, is solicited. The lease term will be for 12 years, 10 years firm, or longer if a build-to-suit opportunity is located. Expressions of interest should include the building name and/or site location address, square feet (expressed as both rentable square feet and usable square feet), and legal situs to include assessor parcel number.
