- **NOTE: Presolicitation notice originally posted 21 July 2003** Notice was inadvertantly deleted 29 August 2003 and reposted the same date.** Requirement involves the procurement of Liquid Nitrogen Tank Truck, Aircraft Servicing, 900 Gallon. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a 5-year firm-fixed-priced, requirements-type contract consisting of one basic period of 12 months and 4 12-month option periods. Best Estimated Quantities will be included in the RFP for each contract period. Far 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, technique will be utilized, as well as the Performance Price Tradeoff methodology wherein separate performance and price volume are required and the Government will perform a trade-off between an offeror?s past and present performance record and the proposed price. The Government will recognize full and open competition. It is anticipated that the RFP will be available on FedBizOpps on or about 8 August 2003.
