- SYNOPSIS: CISCO Router Maintenance Warranty Description: Description of Warranty: Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, parts, materials, equipment and transportation, supervision, and other items necessary to provide a warranty consistent with the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW). Work is described as preventive maintenance warranty for CISCO Router per Statement of Work. Anticipated performance period is 1 Oct 2003 to 30 Sep 2004. NAICS Code 811212 applies to this service. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government intends to evaluate and award without discussions on this procurement. Quotes must be mailed to POC: SrA Justin S. Caldwell at 37 CONS/LGCBA, 1655 Selfridge Avenue, Lackland AFB TX 78236-5253 or E-mailed to justin.caldwell@lackland.af.mil. Quotes are required to be received no later than 5:00 PM CST, 1 September 2003. Quotes must be good for 30 days. Award will be made effective 1 Oct 2003, subject to the availability of funds._______________ STATEMENT OF WORK CISCO ROUTER SERVICE CONTRACT FOR NIPRNET and SIPRNET CISCO Routers contract must provide contract maintenance for command and control (C4) network for Lackland AFB. Provides all replacement materials to support maintenance for 24 base CISCO routers and ATM Switches. This replaces failed parts and upgrades software for routers connected to the Lackland network infrastructure. This is a SMARTnet 8X5XNBD (off site) service type.
