- DTFA01-04-R-00001: CORRECTIVE & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has installed significant quantit= ies of security systems and equipment at facilities located throughout its = nine regions. The warranties on this equipment have begun to expire and wi= ll continue to do so for the next few years. As these warranties expire, a= n alternative method of obtaining preventative and corrective maintenance w= ill be required. =20 If your company is interested, please provide the company=E2=80=99s name, a= ddress, point of contact, phone number, facsimile number and e-mail address= to Jim Ruf (jim.ruf@faa.gov) not later than September 11, 2003. =20 The following documents are attached for your review and comments: Attachment 1:=09Statement of Work (draft)=20 Attachment 2: List of Sites (where equipment is installed). =E2=80=9CTBD= =E2=80=9D sites =E2=80=93 maintenance will start sometime after FY 2004 Attachment 3:=09Map of FAA Regions Attachment 4:=09Approved Equipment List (Standard Equipment) Attachment 5:=09Equipment Installed in Eastern Region (full listing is 200+= pages. This list is a sample and equipment in the other regions would be = similar) Attachment 6:=09Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
