- Description
- The U. S. Department of Commerce intends to award a sole-source contract to Computer Associates International, 2291 Wood Oak Drive, Herndon, VA 20171 for renewal of existing license agreement and support maintenance for the following Computer associates Proprietary Software: (a) CA-Easytrieve Plus; (b) CA-JARS; (c) CA-JCLCHECK; (d) CA-PANVALET; (e) CA-ACF2; (f) CA ONE; (g) CA SYSVIEW REAL TIME PERFORMANCE MONITOR; (h) CA OPS/MVS EVEN MGT AND AUTOMATION; (i) CA-SORT; (j) CA-SPOOL AND (k) CA-EXAMINE. All products are proprietary to Computer Associates. The period of performance for these services is a base period and three one-year option periods. This is a notice of intent and not a request for proposal. If your company believes that they can perform these services, please forward a capability statement to the address in this notice, including prices. This proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302.All submissions must be received within seven (7) days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely the discretion of the Government.
