Description
The Forest Service is seeking a service provider to provide 24x7 maintenance and repair on systems listed below. The service provider will perform monthly, quarterly, and annually maintenance. The service provider will respond to service call within 4 hours. This means service person is on site working on the failed system within 4 hours of service call. The Service provider will work with Forest Service employees and building manager for access to generator, fuel tank, data center and roof. The maintenance contract cost will cover all the labor and parts/materials. 1. UPS System Liebert UPS System that includes following: 1 UPS Controller 200A, 2 Libert UPS 100KVA, 2 Libert PDU, and all the electrical wires and components that go with Liebert UPS system. 2. Air-conditioning system Stultz air-conditioning system that includes following 3 Stultz air-conditioning, downflow/Twined, 15 ton units, and all the parts that go with the air-conditioning system. Three air-conditioning systems have phase monitor installed. 3. Generator System Cummin Wagner Generator Set includes following. Cummin Wagner Generator Set, Fuel tank, Automatic switching system and controller, and all the parts that go with the generator system. Service provider will be responsible for monitoring the fuel level and refueling the fuel tank, but do not include the cost of the fuel on the contract. The Forest Service will pay for the fuel separately. 4. Paging system. USP paging system includes USP AD-2000 voice/pager dialer, and all the parts that go with the paging system. The UPS, Air-conditioning, and generator systems are connected to the paging system. In case of a failure, the paging system notifies the system administrators which system has failed.
