- Description
- The US Department of Agriculture Research Service in Aberdeen, ID. has a requirement for a laboratory automation robotics for DNA/RNA preparation and assays and seed testing. System should be able to perform a wide range of applications to include Elisa's, RIA's, DNA sequencing and PCR sample preparations, High-density library and hybridoma screening, receptor binding assays, cytotoxicity assays, cellular viability assays, protein assays, enzyme studies, HLA typing, LAL endotoxin assays, liquid extractions, cell-based procedures, monoclonal antibody production, cell transfection, HIV and Hepatitis screening and antiviral testing. Equipment to consist of: Tip adapters, tip disposal unit, multiflow dispensing system, w/ liquid sensing, high speed shaker system, variable heating and cooling system, automated vacuum system, channeling adapters, filtration adapters, multiwell plate holders, reagent holder1-20ml, 8-tube 1.5ml, 4-tube 13ml, reagent holder tray- 5-80ml, tip pack holder, and a detachable plate stacker. Consumables will include disposable troughs 20ml, 80ml (10), tip disposal bags, disposable filter tips 1100?l and 300?l. Computer system, Windows 200.Installation and training.
