Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Fort Keogh Livestock and Range Research Laboratory, located in Miles City, Montana, requires one delivery of 300 Ton of whole kernel corn to be used for livestock feed. Delivery shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER @ (970) 229-5531 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-038-82HW-03. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea @ (970) 229-5531 on or before September 19, 2003. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 454390 with a small business size of $6 million average annual gross receipts. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-038-82HW-03 which will be available on or about September 2, 2003. The anticipated award date is September 22,2003. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
