- PR No: LTC03174012741; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a C-130 Aircraft Fairing, Nacelle, Inboard. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN: 1560-00-079-0362: AEQ: 154 each for the base year and 168 each for all option years. Delivery: FOB/Acceptance at Origin, 113 days AFAA. Government First Article of 2 each is required. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. An "export control" technical data package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified Requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA via Internet, mail, fax or phone. Internet Address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all in lowercase, please). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 21 September 2003, anticipated award date is 21 November 2003. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
