- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-00-116-8016, YPG03223001617, Fin, Horizontal, Fuel. This is a firm fixed price contract with a base and a 100% quantity option. An unrestricted technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. To obtain a copy, submit request to DSCR via Internet, the Internet address is http:// www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all lowercase, please). This requirement will be issue as a small business set-aside. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Delivery is as important as price. The base quantity is 1275 each with a 100% quantity option. Award decision will be made based upon a combination of delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
