- YPI02353001210 Item Description: Light, Navigational Solicitation Number: SP056003R0210 Solicitation Period: 30 days Issue Date: September 17, 2003 Closing/Opening Date: October 17, 2003 Destinations: New Cumberland, PA, Tracy, CA Primary Quantity: 475ea This solicitation contains an option for increased quantity Delivery Schedule: 90 days The proposed procurement is subject to the Trade Agreements Act (Note 12 Applies) This is an unrestricted acquisition The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using part 12 (Note 26 Applies) This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted, technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one or a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
