- The US Coast Guard (USCG) requires rework and upgrade of TORQUE PRESSURE SENSOR, NSN: 6685-01-440-8921, P/N: IPT-44DRT1-1000-100G; LOW PRESSURE TRANSMITTER, NSN: 6685-01-234-6508, P/N: IPT-36-1000-100G; FUEL PRESSURE TRANSMITTER, NSN: 6685-01-114-3203, P/N: IPT-43-1000-50G; HYDRUALIC PRESSURE TRANSMITTER, NSN: 6685-01-115-3953, P/N: IPT-37-1000-1500A; COMP DISC PRESSURE TRANSMITTER, NSN: 6685-01-114-3205, P/N: IPT-20-1000-250G; OIL PRESSURE TRANSMITTER, NSN 6620-01-335-9813, P/N: APT-129-1000-150G; FUEL MANIFOLD PRESSURE TRANSMITTER, NSN: 6685-01-114-3204, P/N: IPT-20-1000-500G. These components are utilized on the USCG fleet of HH-65 aircraft. The USCG intends to solicit only with Kulite Semiconductor Products, under the authority of FAR Part 13. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary parts, material, labor, tooling, test equipment, technical manuals, and facilities. The contractor must have access to the most current original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications for rework/upgrade and performance/test/acceptance criteria for these components. The cage code for the component OEM is 34345. Contractor must provide a copy of their current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Repair Station Certificate and evidence of their ability to obtain the necessary specifications, procedures, manuals and replacement parts from the OEM to be considered for contract award. The USCG cannot furnish drawings or specifications. Delivery to USCG Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 will be required within 60 calendar days after receipt of component. The USCG anticipates award of an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
