- The purpose of Amendment 2 is to clarify a discrepancy regarding the delivery schedule and to extend the date for receipt of quotes. The basic synopsis stated the CG?s ?Required delivery is 90 days ARO?. However, one of the answers provided in Amendment 01, stated ?Offerors are encouraged to submit multiple offers presenting alternative terms and conditions or commercial items for satisfying the requirements of this solicitation. Each offer submitted will be evaluated separately.? Therefore, to correct any inconsistencies, DTCG23-03-Q-OPD03 is amended as follows: The delivery schedule is changed FROM: Required delivery - 90 days ARO. TO:. Desired delivery, 90 days ARO. Offerors may submit alternative delivery schedules. The date for receipt of quotes is extended to Sept 1, 2003, 2:00PM EST. Any changes to quotes all ready received must be submitted by the new closing date, Sept 3, 2003, 2:00 PM EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
