- Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-1740. LTC02329006144, NSN 6830-00-186-6665, Hexafluoroethane, R-116. DOT class/division, 2.2, U.N. No. UN2193. Unit quantity equals 18 LBS per cylinder. Government Furnished materials will be furnished under NSN 8120-00-181-8149, DOT 3AA1800 are reserved at SRU in condition code A. Critical application item in accordance with SPEC BB-F-1421B, QAP 010 applies. This is an unrestricted solicitation and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one year plus (4) option years. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issue on 18 February 2003 with a closing date of 11 March 2003.
