Description

NA The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA announces its intentions to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Harris Corporation, STAT, P. O. Box 8300, Melbourne, FL 32902-8300, for the purchase of following brand name item: Item 0001: STAT Scanner Professional Edition V5.x-unlimited Licenses/one year Premier Product Support and Maintenance- includes ARMY IAVA support, Part Number STATSUNLAI, 4 each; with a delivery date to INSCOM on or b efore One(1) day after receipt of order. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. This is a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to thi s requirement. All inquiries must be addressed in writing to Ms. Gloria J. Hebron, Contract Specialist, COMMANDER USAINSCOM, IAPC-DOC, 8825 Beulah Street, Ft. Belvoir, VA, facsimile number 703-428-4573, and email address ghebron@inscom.army.mil. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) days of this electronic posting. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice may represent the only official notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
