- 58 - The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Trivec-Avant Corporation, 17381 Jamestown Lane, Huntington Beach CA 92647. The proposed effort will be a firm fixed price contract for an estimated 792 each durable Ultra High Frequency (UHF) lightweight satellite antennas, Trivec-Avant Model AV 2055-3 Improved Lightweight Satellite Antennas (ILSA). The authority cited for this procurement is 10 USC 2304C(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Note 22
