Description

NAICS - 233320. General Services Administration (GSA) is soliciting for a Small Business Set-Aside, Multiple Award Indefinite delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Repair and Alteration Contracts, with the ability to perform construction projects ranging from approximately $2,000.00 to $100,000.00, with a one (1) year based period with four (4) one year options. Estimated cost of construction for a given year under this contract is approximately $500,000,00. This is a negotiated procurement and will be accomplished by using source selection procedures, resulting in awards to the lowest price technical acceptable offers. The lowest price technically acceptable proposal is a proposal that offers the best price after minimum technical requirement have been met. Under this approach, all evaluation factors, except price, are evaluated on a ?Go, No-Go? basis. The Solicitation anticipated date of issuance is September 10, 2003, due date approximately October 09, 2003. Documents related to this procurement will not be available via the Internet. All documents will be issued through the Contracting Office and made available, hard copies only.
