- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to National Speakers Bureau,14047 W. Petronelle Drive, Libertyville, MD, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This requirement is to procure the services of Peg Nieuhauser to present four (4) one (1) day seminars based on the book ?Tribal Warfare in Organizations? which she is the author. The seminars and books will be presented to executives and senior managers in the Department of Treasury. The seminars will be held in the following cities on the following dates: September 18, 2003 ? Chicago, IL, October 23, 2003 ? Dallas, TX, February 5, 2004 ? Ft. Lauderdale, FL, May 13, 2004 ? Boston, MA. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all interested parties who identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, will be considered. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A solicitation package will not be issued. Request for solicitation package will be considered non-responsive. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Agency. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via mail, facsimile or e-mail within 10 calendar days of the published date of this notice. Documents over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. Verification of receipt of fax and email transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. ALL FAXES SHOULD BE SENT TO THE ATTENTION OF MARIA MIDDLETON @ (202) 283-1511. All Treasury contractors are required to register in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. If no affirmative responses are received the award will be made to National Speakers Bureau.
