- Description
- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis, and a separate written solicitation M67400-03-R-0025 is issued as a Request for Proposals. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 336120 and the business size standard is NTE 5.0 million. This procurement constitutes Item 0001 and Item 0002. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. Detailed specifications are provided in Request for Proposals. Item 0001 Qty: 1 Each, Mobile Command Vehicle shipped to PMO Okinawa Japan Item 0002 Qty: 1 Each, Mobile Command Vehicle shipped to PMO Iwakuni Japan The Government may make a single award to the responsible offer which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of Best Value. The Best Value is determined by performing a tradeoff evaluation IAW FAR 15.101-1 in terms of technical proposal, past performance, price, and delivery date. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Proposals) will be e-mailed upon a written request to the following Point of Contact.
