Description

This is an order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Northrop Grumman Information Technology, Defense Enterprise Solutions (NGIT DES), McLean, VA. This order is for the system maintenance and support on existing SSP applications. These applications include Document Management Archive System (DMA) both classified and unclassified, Contracts Action Tracking System (CATS), Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), and the SP Planning Objective and Scheduling System (SPOSE). Work includes re-design and enhancement of existing applications, and upgrades to existing systems. Negotiations will be conducted with NGIT DES, which is the only known contractor will the technical background, existing backup facilities and knowledge of SSP?s unique processes.
