- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to contract for welding wire in accordance with Mil-E-23765/3A including data, test reports and certifications. Award will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the Commercial Test Program. The NAICS Code is 333992 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The request for quote number is N00181-03-Q-0419. Fob is Destination to Naval Foundry & Propeller Center, 1701 Kitty Hawk Ave., Bldg. 20A, Philadelphia Naval Business Center, Philadelphia, PA 19112. Inspection and acceptance at destination. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFAR 252.204-7004 REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) applies. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information regarding CCR may be found at www.ccr.gov.
