- NA SUBJECT: CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY DAAH01-03-T-0633 ***TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*** ALL INFORMATION REQUEST SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO Hazel Williams, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, 256-876-0324. hazel.williams@redstone.army.mil THIS ACQUISITION REQUIRES ACCESS CLASSIFIED DATA, WHICH REQUIRES THAT THE CONTRACTOR HAVE A CURRENT AND VALID FACILITY CLEARANCE AND SAFEGUARD CAPABILITY. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNM ENT. System: Hellfire Nomenclature: Circuit Card Assembly, NSN: 5998-01-412-8859, P/N: 13481185, for a quantity of (8) eight each. Destination to be furnished. A quantity of (1) one, Contractor Tested First Article required. Delivery schedule 155 days afte r contract award for submission and acceptance of test report. Delivery schedule 110 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of releas e of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient d ocumentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest those small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, makes contact with the firm(s) listed. RFQ will be issued to MARVIN ENGINEERING CO. INC., 260 WEST BEACH AVE., INGLEWOOD, CA 90302. All responsible sources may submit a bid/proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency, request solicitation package from address above, Attn: AMSAM-AC-LS -H, FAX Number 256-955-7737. Drawings, specifications, or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished.
