- F61040-03-R-0014 Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the specifications of the paint to be used on all referenced transformers and to extend the closing the date until 28 Aug 03 1600 local time (4 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time Zone). A. The NSN for the paint specifications is 8010-00-286-7737. Description: Brown 10080 Dries to a gloss finish. Maximum VOC: 420 g/L. Alkyd enamel. Resists weather, water and hydrocarbons. Master Painters Institute (MPI) reference #49 (flat). B. Extend the closing date of the solicitation to 28 Aug 03 1600 local time. C. All bidders are reminded to submit their company?s reps and certs from FAR 52.212-3 along with their proposal as well as the specifications for the transformers and approximate amount of shipping containers needed for shipment. Any bidder not meeting these requirements will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. D. Any company that has already submitted their proposal may resubmit accordingly with this information and changes.
