- Description
- Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to the Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) for membership dues and officiating fees for the 2003-2004 hockey season. Supplies and/or services are available from only one responsible source. No other comparable supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. If no response is received by August 29, 2003, 4:30PM, MDT, to the effect that comparable services are available that would be more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these supplies and or services though a sole source procurement with the WCHA a sole source award will be made.
