- Andrews Air Force Base is soliciting offers to receive minor repairs on two air handling unit fan assemblies, and major repairs on three air handler unit fan assemblies. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $12 million annual gross income. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Respondents must fill in their Representations and Certifications (FAR Clause 52.212-3) and return it with their quote. All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency. The government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. Offerors may download the solicitation at www.fedbizzopps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the Federal Business Opportunities website to USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 89 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and fax your quote to (301) 981-1907. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any questions and/or requests for drawings or photos may be directed by phone or e-mail to the POC listed herein no later than 02 September 03, 4:00 p.m. EST. There will be a site visit on 03 September 03 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Contact the undersigned with the names of all individuals who will be attending by 4:00 p.m. EST 02 September 03.
