- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a sole source procurement with BAE SYSTEMS as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) to provide custom designed SOCET Software for an already Order. Part number Win-4000-CL. SOCET SET Win License Bundle with DTW; Incl: Core, Stereo, Block, APM, ATE, Terrain, 3D Feature Extra, True Ortho, Ortho-mosaic, Image Map, Pers Scenes, LOS, CADRG, CIB, DOQ, ERS, IRS, JERS, LandSat, PAN, RadarSat, SPOT, TopScene IF, Dodger, MCG, ClearFlite, DPW (Classified), OpenFlight, QB Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19.
