- Notice to offerors; funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation/RFP either before or after the bid opening/RFP closing date. McConnell AFB KS has a requirement for Motorola Brand Name Radio Control Consoles. The requirement is for 3 radio control consoles. The solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized and award criteria will be based on price. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310. The solicitation package will be available on or around 15 August 2003, via the Government Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at https://www.eps.gov/. It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Anticipated award date is on or about 30 September 2003.
