Description

Contractual Bus Service For Dependent School Children residing on Federal property known as Robins AFB GA for FY2004. Service Constists of: 1. Pick up and return of children who live within bus routes #1 and #2. 2. Pre-K (AM) Route take home (designated stops). 3. Field Trips REQUIREMENT: Please contact the Contracting Officer for a copy of the Statement Of Work. Provided in the SOW will be Robins Calendar for schedules and School Bus pickup points with RAFB school system attachments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items). IAW clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors, Conformance to performance specifications (Statement Of Work). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)97-26. NAICS Code 485410. Place of performance/FOB Robins AFB, GA.
