- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-03-T-0079. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC: 2001/15 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) DCN: 20030821. This is a 100% small business set-aside requirement. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is: 3599. NAICS Code is: 333999. Delivery is F.O.B Destination. Place of delivery, performance and acceptance is at Edwards Air Force Base, CA. This requirement is for the following: CLIN-0001; Purchase and Installation of Plastic Media Blaster, RAM-35. Size: 60" Wide x 48'D x 36"H. P/N: 494-070-11 a). P/N: 160-080-02, with based mounted turntable. b). P/N: 568-030-01, and hour meter. Qty: 1-Each. Blaster is essential for stripping aircraft components prior to inspection and re-paint. The following provisions and clauses apply: 52.252-2 - Clauses Incorporated by Reference. This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the contracting officer will make their full text available.
