- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-03-T-0093. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20030722. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Small Business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition includes Contract Line Item Number: CLIN 0001, One each 5th wheel trailer comparable to a Skyline Model 365 or equal, with the following minimum salient characteristics: an awning at least 20' in length, air conditioning unit, 16' wheels, and 7.5 kW generator. Approximate dimensions: 36' exterior length, 8.5' exterior width, and 12' exterior height. Approximate capacities: 100 gallon fresh water system, 80 gallon gray water tank, 40 gallon black water tank, 45 amp converter, 25,000 BTU furnace, 60 lb. LP gas, and 6 gallon water heater. The floor plan must feature three separate rooms of the same approximate area. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 2000).
