- Description
- This is a synopsis for commercial items. The government intends to award a sole source requirement to IFR Americas. Purchase Request number F712OG32120100. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, therefore the evaluation procedures at FAR 13.106-2 will be used. The radio test system must be integrated, self contained, transportable, portable unit test system that is used by the US Armed Forces for operational verification testing and/or repairs of Life Support Radio System (LSRS). The test sets shall be capable to meet the following functional requirement: General capabilities. It shall be capable of functioning as a spectrum analyzer, receiver, transmitter, oscilloscope, digital multi-meter, and signal generator to allow troubleshooting and operational verification of communications and electronic equipment. This product must be capable of testing all the different types of survival radios fielded by the Air Force and the different types of survivor locator beacons fielded by the Air Force. The NAICS Code is 334515; size standard is 500 employees. A firm-fixed price award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the quote that provides the best value to the Government. All responses will be considered, but must be submitted on the requirement included in this synopsis. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
