- F1EMCC32200600 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F1EMCC32200600. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 337215 and the size standard of 500 employees applies to this procurement. The requirement is for a Sheet Metal Storage Rack for flat storage of aluminum, plastic, or stainless steel sheets up to 48" x 144". The line items description is: Prevents surface abrasion. Contains (10) 13'W x 4'-6"D x 3"H drawers. Drawer bottoms are lined with particleboard and have a capacity of 330 lbs each. Fabricated of heavy welded angle with 16 rollers for each drawer. Drawer stops are installed on guides to prevent drawers from accidentally sliding out of the rack. Overall dimensions are 13'-5/8"W x 6'D x 59"H. A sample picture is attached. Offerors are encouraged to submit their own solutions. FOB: Destination for delivery to 56 EMS, 6605 N 140th Drive, Bldg 859, Luke AFB, AZ 85309. Please include the proposed delivery time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation will be based on total cost. The clause at FAR 52.212-4,Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 (Dev), Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: 52.232-18, availability of funds; 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration. and 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference. 52.219-6, Notice of Small Business Set Aside is applicable The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses, cited are applicable to this solicitation: DFARS 252.225- 7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program. The clause at FAR 52.224-1, Privacy Act Notification and FAR 52.224-2, Privacy Act, applies to this solicitation. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
