- The items are being placed under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (C)(1), FAR Part 6.302-1. The authority applies when supplies or services required by the agency is available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, parts and transportation required to furnish & install frame relay service for the VA Loma Linda Medical Center located at 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357. The solicitation should be available for download on or about 09/05/2003.
