- Description
- Provide all labor, supervision, management, management support, transportation, supplies, equipment and materials, except government furnished space and utilities, necessary to provide cleaning services for the Sarasota Vietnam Veterans Readjustment Counseling Service, located at 4801 Swift Road, Suite A, Sarasota, Florida, for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods. This procurement is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 as a commercial item service and will be issued on or about 8/22/03 with a bid opening date of on or about 9/18/03. Hard copy solicitations will not be made available. Contractors may obtain a copy of the solicitation and any attachments at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. All bids must be returned to the address in block 9 of Standard Form 1449. NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code 561720 applies. This is a 100% HUBZone business set aside.
