- The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) intends to enter into a contract on a sole source basis with Hurley and Associates, as they are the sole authorized dealer of Raytheon-manufactured infrared cameras for the Washington metropolitan area, for which the product will be purchased. The applicable authority for this announced intention is that under 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, ?Only One Responsible Source.? This task is NOT a competitive solicitation and a competitive solicitation is NOT available.
