1) Note: Contact Points: 1) Lynn Intrepidi, Contracting Officer, 215/861 5501 2) Steve Adams, 215/861 5516, Contract Specialist. 2) Solicitation 3-JC-341-51 for the Muhlenberg Job Corps Center, in Greenville, Kentucky, will be available on FedBizOpps.gov o/a September 11, 2003. (Under Vendors, Acronyms, select DoL, click on Employment and Training Agency ?Location,? then Philadelphia Region); It will also appear on the Job Corps Web Site http://wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps/(On left of screen, under ?Announcements,? RFPs, click on Centers, select Centers, select Philadelphia Region.) 3) The closing date for written proposals, Business Management Plans, Subcontracting Plans, and Staff Qualifications and Schedules will be o/a November 7, 2003. Oral presentations will be scheduled the week of January 12, 2004. 4) A preproposal conference and site walk thru are scheduled for September 24, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. EST. 5) The resultant cost reimbursement, incentive fee, contract will run from May 1, 2004 through April 30, 2006, with three unilateral option years. ??6) The average capacity of the Muhlenberg Job Corps Center is 405 students: 275 residential men, 10 nonresidential men, 100 residential women, and 20 nonresidential women. 7) The agency will consider proposals submitted by any responsible source that is a small business.
