The following items are being deleted: Elmo Code 9821, Model # QT282A, 2.2mm lens for QN42H, 2.2mm micro lens to fit QN42H Camera Head; Elmo Code 9812 Model #QT254, 4mm micro lens to fit QN42H Camera Head; Elmo Code 9813 Model# QT288, 8mm lens for QN42H, 8mm micro lens to fit QN42H Camera Head; Elmo Code 9831, Model# QT3514, Model# QT3514, 15mm lens for QN42H, 15mm micro lens to fit QN42H Camera Head are being replaced with the following items: Elmo 9821, Model# QT282AS, 2.2mm micro lens to fit QN42H Camera Head; Elmo Code 9812 Model# QT254, 4mm micro lens to fit QN42H Camera Head; Elmo Code 9813, Model# QT288, 8mm micro lens to fit QN42H Camera Head; Elmo Code 9831, Model# QT3514, 15mm micro lens to fit QN42H. The closing date for RFQ 128535 is being extended to September 4, 2003, 4:00 p.m. est. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. This solicitation is under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Small Business-Small Purchase Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAIC) is 423410 with a Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://fedbizopps.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This contract action will result in a Firm Fixed Price-One Time Buy contract. The above listed characteristics are intended to be descriptive, but not restrictive. Unless visibly marked the vendor is quoting an equal product, the offered item shall be considered the brand name products as referenced in this announcement. If quoting an "or equal" product, the vendor shall submit detailed specifications with their quotation for evaluation purposes. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered.
