- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The purpose of this procurement is to support the Bureau of Health Professions, HRSA to determine the extent to which academic health centers have institutionalized interdisciplinary education, particularly in underserved community-based settings; and also the extent to which these academic health centers address interdisciplinary geriatric education and training of health professionals. The overall goal is to identify a minimum of six ? twelve interdisciplinary education and training models applicable to geriatric education and training. The contractor shall: conduct a literature review; convene an Advisory Committee Team for Education and Evaluation; and prepare several reports. THE SOLICITATION is attached to this web posting. ALL QUESTIONS about this requirement must be submitted by email to abroider@hrsa.gov no later than 3:00 PM local prevailing time on September 4, 2003.
