- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with University of Washington School of Aquatic and Fisheries Science for the office of NOAA Fisheries Northwest Fisheries Science Center located in Seattle, WA. The purpose of proposed contract is for studies entitled Historic Habitat Opportunities and Food Web Linkages of Juvenile Salmon in the Columbia River Estuary and their Implications for Managing River Flows and Restoring Estuarine Habitat. The project requires specific knowledge and data available to the University of Washington investigator and can not be completed without this information. This notice may represent the only official notice. Requests for solicitation will not be honored. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000.00.
