- The intent of this contract is to provide professional services for an employee assistance program for the Caribou-Targhee National Forest, for its employees and members of their immediate families. The Caribou- Targhee NF is headquartered in Idaho Falls, ID. The program is to include orientation training and counseling/referral sessions. Health-related information sessions and critical incident stress debriefings shall be included as request-when needed services. The base year contract will be from October 1, 2003 ? September 30, 2004, plus potential for four consecutive option years. The solicitation is available for electronic download today.
