- NSN 4730-01-075-0943 PR YPC03181001082 RESTRICTOR, FLUID FLOW. Hamilton Sundstrand Corp. (55820) P/N 169363-2, Solar Turbines Inc (66195) P/N 952704C1, The Lee Co (92555) P/N VDLX0501000050A. 628 each, including option. Fob Destination 95 to New Cumberland PA, 219 to Tracy CA, delivery in 120 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 9/3/03. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) ( 1 ). Approved sources are Hamilton Sundstrand Corp., The Lee Co., Solar Turbines Inc. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
