- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security United States Coast Guard has a requirement for training support services for the U.S. Coast Guard Incident Command System (ICS) implementation. The proposed IDIQ contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The first part of the contract involves revising current courses and developing new courses. The second part of the contract will be conducting the courses. The required courses will be ordered via individual task orders as required. The Government estimates a maximum of 8 classes per course per year. The potential contractor will be reimbursed for each course attended by the United States Coast Guard at the unit price in effect at the time the individual task order is awarded. This requirement is set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 611430 with a size standard of $6,000,000.00. A solicitation will be issued within three (3) working days. Potential offers should ensure proposals adequately address qualified personnel, ability to perform revisions of current courses and experience instructing ICS courses.
