- Description
- This is a sole source, COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, and the test program outlined in FAR 13.5, as well as supplemental information provided herein. This non-competitive action will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.301-1, (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The National Park Service intends to issue this requirement as a firm-fixed price purchase order using the simplified acquisition procedures, which will be awarded to PaperThin, Inc. This procurement is for the purchase and support of the CommonSpot Content Management System. This action constitutes the RFQ and is the only solicitation that will be issued. This solicitation incorporates all fo the applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-27, as if stated in full text, as well as the terms and conditions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-4, and FAR 52.212-5.
