- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation reference number is F1388631960400 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 422920 with 500 employees size standard. Contractors shall include all processing fees and shipping costs in the cost of each book listed on the attached sheet. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. The award will be made to the lowest priced offer. The agency need is for: Adult and children books listed on attached sheets. Books are to be hard cover, library bound. Place of delivery and acceptance, FOB destination, Charleston Air Force Base, S.C. 29404. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award.
