- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for Guard force commercial items procurement for National Imagery & Mapping Agency (NIMA). All contractors are to submit a proposal to include FOB destination with all freight included in delivered price for delivery to Reston, VA 20191-3449. Delivery is required 25 days after receipt Order. This has been prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 448190. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25. All clauses and provisions should be read and reviewed carefully, as they provide submission instructions and /or contain fill-ins. Instructions to offerors- Commercial items, Evaluation Factors-Proposals will be evaluated based on factors identified below in order to relative importance. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA), Contract Division, solicits proposal to purchase on a basis to the manufacturer of theses guard force items listed as follows: (No substitute items accepted) MFR: Advanced Technology Inc., Butt Stock with Pistol Grip, 6 each; MFR: Aearo Company, Ultra 9000 Hearing Protectors, 10 each; MFR: Motorola VHF Radio's, 12 each; MFR: Pro Marketing, 6 Unit Radio Charges, 2 each; MFR: Galls, Security Decal Panels, 2 each; MFR: Galls, Magnetic Backing for Panels, 2 each; MFR: Galls, Inspection Mirrors, 6 each; MFR: G&G Leather, Paddelback Holsters, 4 each; MFR: Galls, Double Mag Holder, 20 each; MFR: Galls, BLS Xtra Kit medical bag for inside posts, 1 each; MFR: Battery Zone, Radius P1225 Battery, 10 each; MFR: Galls, 3V Lithium Battery Packs, 48 each; MFR: Galls, Rolls of Barrier Tape, (Caution tape) 10 each; MFR: Galls, Tape Dispenser Cases, 2 each; MFR: Safetec, Towelettes bio-hand cleaner to placed in DPP Kits, 2 boxes; MFR: Galls, Nylon Holster Sets (contains Shears, Bandage Scissors, Pupil Gauge Penlight, Splinter Forceps) to be placed in the DPP kits, 4 each; MFR: Plasticade Products, 6-Foot A-Frame Barricades, 4 each; MFR: Streamlight, AC/DC Charger Dual Filament Spotlight, 3 each; MFR: Streamlight, Streamlight Nightfighter Flashlights, 20 each; MFR: Galls, Flashlight Leather Holders, 20 each; MFR: Pointblank, Point Blank 10x12 hard armor plate exterior posts only, 12 each; MFR: Galls, Cordura Tactical carrier vest to include the word across the front and back of the carrier saying "Security" in white reflective letters and pockets for CPC III - Level III or IV for hard armor plate, Galls PN: BP205, Sizes: 2 Medium, 2 Large, 2 X-Large, Total: 6 each; MFR: Galls, Cordura Tactical carrier vest to include the word saying "Security" in white reflective letters Sizes: 10 medium, 20 large, 10 X-Large, Total: 40 each; MFR: Blauer, Featherweight Gore-Tex rain jackets, Featherweight Gor-Tex rain pants, Sizes: 10 medium, 10 Large, 15 X-Large, Total: 35 each; MFR: Uniden, Desktop Scanner with Weather Alert, 2 each; Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-5 Commercial Terms and Conditions Required Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (appropriate clause will be checked at the time of award), Privacy or Security Safeguard, 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Status or Execute Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items (appropriate clauses will be checked at time of award), 5X52.227-9000. Unauthorized Use of NIMA Name, Seals & Initials, 252-204-7000, Disclosure of information, and FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration. In order to receive an award, the contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database as prescribe in DFARs 252.294-7004. The CCR Database can be obtained by accessing the Internet or calling 1-888-227-2423.
