- Description
- Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance as required. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Period of Performance: 1 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04, with four additional option years and two award term options. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the Electronic Posting System (http://www.eps.gov). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the internet and obtaining the solicitation or any subsequent amendments and downloading them for their files. Registration for the solicitation is requested once it is posted since this will be the only source of information available from which to compile a source list of interested offerors. Information can be faxed to (940)676-3784 or emailed to William.manning@sheppard.af.mil. The following information is requested: Company name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, business size/type, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, DUNS number and tax ID number. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award of contract. They can be reached at the following website: http://www.ccr.gov. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is between 8 Jul 03 through 15 Jul 03. Estimated proposal due date is between 8 Aug 03 through 15 Aug 03. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-JUL-2003).
