Description

The purpose of this notice is to inform all prospective offerors who complied with previous Pre-Solicitation Notice and submitted letters to this office identifying their company by 1600hrs on 18 July 2003 about the upcoming pre-proposal conference/site visit. The pre-proposal conference/site visit will be at 0900hrs on 1 August 2003 meeting at the 39th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 488, Inçirlik AB, Türkiye and then proceeding to the site for observation and distribution of the information CDs. ONLY THOSE COMPANIES WHOSE INFORMATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THIS OFFICE WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY TO THIS PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT AND RECEIVE CDs. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY FOR CONSIDERATION AND WILL BE NOTED. ONLY THOSE COMPANIES WHO ATTEND THE PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT WILL HAVE THEIR PROPOSALS CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. THOSE COMPANIES WHO DO NOT ATTEND THE PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT WILL BE DETERMINED AS NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT HAVE THEIR PROPOSALS CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
