Description

Project LXEZ 98-1302A, work includes but is not limited to replacement of crank operated projecting windows in gym area, weight and aerobic rooms; insect/bird screen for wall louvers in gym area; exterior and interior aluminum/wood doors and frames, plumbing fixtures, domestic cold and hot water lines; Variable Air Volume (VAV) terminal units at locker rooms, racquetball courts, aerobic rooms and weight room; lighting fixtures in basketball courts, locker rooms, shower rooms and restrooms; interior finishes in locker rooms, shower rooms, restrooms, lobby area, hallways, and other common areas; refurbishment of basketball courts, racquetball courts, aerobic room, weight room to include replacement of raised flooring pedestal support padding in isolated areas and painting of new court lines/stripes; conversion of co-ed steam room to a sauna room; waterproofing the roof including replacement of expansion joint covers; installation of Government furnished gym divider curtains and basketball backboard supports; abatement of lead based paints, and incidental related work in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
