- The purpose of the modification is to answer the following questions: Question: Can you give me directions on how to get to the entry gate and how to get to the Building D 3915? Answer: Fort Bragg is a closed post. You will be required to have your car inspected and you will be required to show a picture ID. Enter post through the All American Freeway Gate. Your car will be inspected. Take a left on Zabitosky (it is one-way) and turn right on Ardennes(the 4th light). You will see the Special Operations Academic Facility, Building D-3915, large 3 story white building, on your right, sits behind the JFK Chapel, after you turn onto Ardennes. You will be required to show a picture ID upon entering the building. Entrance to the building is on the far right, facing the building from the parking lot. Question: Are there going to be Bid Packages handed out at the Prebid Mtg? Answer: No. The synopsis solicitation on Fedbizopps is the solicitation and there are no bid packages that will be handed out at the site visit. Question: If there are going to be Bid Packages will there be any thing drawn out showing the areas of work? Answer: There will be no drawings provided. Question: Will we be taking measurements as we walk through? Or be given the option to go back through after the Prebid Mtg? Answer: All measurements are the contractor's responsibility and measurements will be taken as we walk through during the site visit/PreBid Meeting.
