- Description
- General Services Administration is soliciting for Mechanical Maintenance, Janitorial and Trash Removal Services Contract at the U.S. Post office & Courthouse, Key West, Florida. This is a Performance Based nine (9) year Contract and is procured in accordance with FAR 15.1, Source Selection Procedures using the ?best value concept?, in making the selection. Services shall be provided for a three-year base period with two (2) three-year unilateral options on the part of the Government. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. The anticipated date of issuance is September 10, 2003. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on or about September 22, 2003, due date will be on about October 10, 2003.
